SEARCH HELP need your help finding

a shawl or capelet to dress up

my moms dress

some of you might remember me posting my FMIL's dress and saying how my mom felt FMIL's dress might put hers to shame because of beading and details on FMIL. my mom would like to keep her dress but 'bling it out' a little...but I'm having a hard time finding something to go with the dress. I know you girls are great with search help...please post your finding for me?

awwwww thank you! I told my mommy she's gonna look hot in her dress regardless...I just don't want her to feel bad, like she's not dressed up enough. Maybe I'll just buy her some really nice shiney jewelry

What about adding some beads/crystals to the top of the dress? I'm sure any seamstress can do that.

I really like your mom's dress! She can wear really nice jewelry to make it look great! FMIL can't do that because she's got a lot going on already.

I've seen sheer brown beaded boleros in department stores and stores like marshalls or tj maxx.

I would just keep your eyes open whenever you are shopping Also check out the bridal stores- they may have something.

i would check a few department stores for shawls or even century 21...alot of the time they make shawls for formal occasions that will have beading or 'bling' on them...either that or a plain satin shawl and really nice costume jewelry...it's a really pretty dress!
