OK Ladies I am back and I ordered my new dress. I Love it, Love it , Love it!!!!! Macy's definatly get's an A in my book. I tried on the other one again and believe it or not it fit 1000 times better then yesterday, I think they did the corset wrong the first time, but I still was not 100%.
Anyhow her is a pic of the new one, I am getting it without the Cap Sleeves, so it will be a sleeveless dress.
I'm glad everything worked out and that they were so nice to you!!

I don't even know if I would feel comfortable trying on a dress 3-4 sizes to small, cause you can't get the full effect of the dress. Besides that, were you REALLY inlove with the original dress? Cause now that the dress finally came in, and you had all the problems with how it fit, how could you fall inlove with something else sooooo quickly. ( I guess you have no choice in the matter). If I loved the first dress, the way you did when you ordered it, I'd have it made and tailored to fit me properly. But thats just me. I'm glad you found a dress in such a short period of time. I just hope your not settling. Good Luck

What do you do when stores don't carry samples in your size? Not try on dresses? I don't like it anymore, even if I got a bigger size it was not for my body. I did love my dress and I feel out of love with it just as fast when I decided it was not for me. Things happen for a reason & I never settle

No one is getting defensive on this end and honestly I am not even going there with you, not the time or patience for it. I did fall out of love with it because it did not look right on my body, I guess that is why they make 10,000 different dresses for girls with different body types.
Thank you for being glad I found a new one and once again, you are taking things to a different level.

Well from my experience, unless you are a size 2, your not gonna find a SAMPLE that would fit correctly , for any part of your body .... Thats why the stores only carry samples..... My dress sample did not fit me by no means either, but that doesnt mean you cant get the full effect, you get an idea yes, but you'd never expect the gown to come in & be totatlly diffeernt than what you like..
I feel in love with my dress as well , but rest assured if it comes in & im not happy with it , i will do the same as bari ...
It shouldnt stop you from trying on the dress that u like,,
I dont think that Bari was getting defensive , she was just saying what her experience was...
Bari your such a tiny beoch, its the boobies,,LOL No store is gonna carry a sample to fit those babies... God bless em!!!!!!

How smart is Macy's. Trying to work something out on the price is a great way to gain a lifelong customer as well as referrals! So glad it worked out for you Bari.

Oh, I so sorry. That's hard. I am actually going to try my dress on tomorrow and am worried about how it's going to look too. Well, I'm glad you found something you love and Im really glad the store is going to work with you.

And I know what its like to not be sample size. In fact, when I found the dress I wanted, I had Maggie Sottero send a sample in a size closer to what I wear, just so that I could be 10000000% sure. Sure enough, it worked for me - but there's a chance that it wouldn't have. I'm so grateful Maggie was willing to send the sz 14 sample - I'm so happy with the company!

Glad they were really nice cause i'm going there tomorrow even though i did find my dress already...mom wants me to go there to make sure i don't see anything else that I like.. Really glad things worked out for you. I bet you are going to look amazing!!!
