Any thoughts on the Sears parenting books and their Attachment Parenting theory? Are these books worth looking into?? Any others that you can recommend?

I'm not sure if its Dr Sears or Dr Spock, but I think one of them has received alot of criticism for their child-rearing philosophies. That being said, I don't have any experience with either of their books. But, my advice would be - try to read a synopsis of their work on Amazon, and decide which point of view fits closely to your own parenting beliefs and take it from there.
