Holy cr@P Ang- I had a little bit of a hard time with just 120 people, I can't imagine seating over 200 people. Yikes!!! How are you doing it? Like are you making a chart?

It's not working out number-wise how I need it to... so there are always two tables no matter how I play around with it that I am not happy with...

Ang, I suggest downloading a software and NOT trying to have even # of ppl at each table that shyt is just totally impossible

there are software where u can make these conditions actually I had very little ppl so didnt need something that elaborate, but my cousin had about ur size of a wedding and used just that kinda software, she was able to sit a lot of broken up couples that way very easily w/o a headache
