Girls, I'm happy to say we finished it all in one day. ( Yesterday ). Things started to flow. The only thing is, is that a few people haven't responded, so my thought.......you don't get a place card, nor a seat. Where ever there's room, thats where your a$$ will sit. Be it at a vendor table or whatever. With 25 days left, and being this late with an RSVP in which we STAMPED for ya I can care less if you sit on the floor

Mel - totally agree with you on that! We don't have some RSVPs and I said, I will consider them a no - if they show up, they will be stuck somewhere - thats a good attitude to have.
I havne't even STARTED my table arrangemetns because I know its going to be a nightmare - we have a final count of 211....
I am soo stressing the seating arrangements..I said to my mom can't I let them sit where ever they want.LOL...of course she told me NO and so then i said well i will write them all a little note on the back of their place card...its the same thing i tell my pre-k students...'You get what you get and you dont get upset!'

We actually had a pretty easy time - until I remembered a friend of FHs that didn't RSVP. FH added him on the last minute and I didn't have him on my list. Turned out he was coming - and this was AFTER the seating chart was done. So last night we had to squeeze him in - but he isn't sitting with anyone he knows. I felt bad - but at this point, not my problem. He didn't send back his RSVP or call to tell us he was coming.
