Seating chart

I love the look of them and we are teachers but are there any cons to them...

I am afraid of having a 'back-up' at the table.

we did it, and it worked out really well... we had 2 frames- one had all the last names of A-K, and then the other one had the rest. i think this helped cut down on people waiting to look at one particular chart....
we actually did them ourselves in word- i typed up the names in a nice font, printed them out and stuck them in nice 8 x 10 frames...

sounds like a good idea
