Weddingwire.com is amazing!!! You have to download the excell format and fill it in - but with the ease of keeping track of RSVPs and table seating's interactive program its So worth it.

agreed... i',m using weddingwire to organize all my WR info (guest list, seating chart, etc).

I LOVE weddingwire...I've been working on the seating chart as rsvps come in.

I found paper plates and post it notes worked best. Computer programs were making me crazy. So much easier to see it visually.
This was taken the morning of the wedding, so they are a mess, but here is what I did... got this idea from Modern Bride.
