Seating Chart Question

I used small paper plates! Then used post-its and cut it into strips writing the guests name on each strip (with guest on same strip).
Was really easy to move people around from table to table.
Once the tables were completed it was easier for me to decide what table goes where.
I even brought it to the hall and layed out the tables (paper plates) on the floor to make sure that the placement was perfect.
The managers were really impressed, and said they had seen many many brides, but no one as organized as that!

I asked the RH which tables they would use and which tables to delete according to how many guests we had. Then I grouped the people who I wanted to sit together, then put those people around tables on the seating chart my RH gave me (I made mulitple copies of it lol). It didn't take too long actually considering I was dreading this chore!
