seating chart question

Working on our seating chart and its driving me crazy!!!!!

Does the seating have to be even numbers? Can only 11 or 9 sit at a table if it can fit? Instead of 10-12 people per table.

Im having trouble with grouping people. Its hard to always end up with an even number of people!!

We had 9 people at a table. We also had one with 11 people. I think it just depends on how many can go there. I didn't want to throw random people with each other just that table numbers would be even.

Thats was exactly my issue, throwing random people together just so I can have enough people per table. So far its working out so that I have one table with 9 people and all the others, have 10 or 12.

you just tell the RH how many seats are at that table, and they will set it accordingly

Took the words right out of my hands!!!! It shouldn't matter if things are 'even.' Everybody is going to be drinking and dancing anyway, so who cares how it looks when they sit?
