seating chart tip!!

so girls i did my seating chart last nite and wanted to give a little help! i put all the rsvp names in an excel spreadsheet with the number of people ie. mr & mrs Jones - 2

Then i took large paper like from an easel, and mimiced my floor plan from my RH and i put 12 line inside and wrote each guests first name. so that i knew who was sitting at each table and how many people total at a table it literaly took me 20 minutes to get it done!!

im only waiting on 3 and its so frustrating especially since one is from our slacker best man!! its like dude ur required to be there!! well when you get them all if you need help let me know!

I did my seating chart on weddingwire.com omgggg it was the best thing ever!!!! I just dragged people to their tables

We originally wanted something like this Fairy Tale seating chart but I think they're like $800 to RENT!

Anyone have experience making something like this?
