thank you ladies. i found out today we can do 8-14 at a table where originally we were told 10-12.

we had all different #'s at our tables, from 8-12 depending upon who they were and who they worked best with, don't drive yourself too crazy over it

I have been using wedding wire so far so good. I have been entering the names as the responses come in so its not as bad.
ohh and we are def having uneven tables.

I'd say don't stress about making them even. Our tables only fit 8, so I have a feeling they are def not going to be even!

my guestlist is in excel and i created another sheet and just grouped people by similiaries and starting moving them around.

I used an excel spreadsheet... checked it with DH and with my mom, then I was good to go...
It took an hour or two.

Alyssa .. which tables did you choose? Round? Square? Oval? I LOVE the square tables they have there! So different but Im not we are going with those ..
