Anyone else having a hard time with this? I have a few tables of 9... suppose to be at least 10. Then everytime I think I have it perfect... someone adds or cancels!!! It is like trying to put everyone you know into a category! Any advice?

that was the hardest thing to do. i had someone call the NIGHT BEFORE and say they were coming!!! (never rsvp'd) and had to change everything that night! try to leave room and stay flexible, changes may happen till the last second.

my wedding is in 4 days. And 4 people on my fiance's side cancelled this week. Its only tuesday!
What jerks! Its unbelievable! Do they not realize what weddings cost!

This is the first detail that is really driving me NUTS!!!!! My mom and fmil have been weighing in..... There is no perfect way to do it. We're going to do our best and people can just suck it up.
