Interestingly, I'm finding my 'last minute' invitees (as in - I need to meet my minimum) totally THRILLED to be invited! It's heartwarming but I feel like I should have invited *them* first, and forget about the negative and non-responding relatives!

After being dissapointed with so many non-responders and 'regrets' (many out of state and out of the country), hearing the excitement from these people truly lifted my spirits.
