As some of you know, an MRI found a tumor at the base of my brain. The outlook is good, because 80% in this region are benign.
I have been going through a tough time and haven't been on the boards as often as I would like. When the doctor called me to tell me about the tumor my DH had just literally been wheeled into surgery. His doctors told me I couldn't tell him for days. I am glad to say that DH is doing well!!!!!!!
DH now knows and I feel like I'm a burden on him. I don't know if I'll find out anything from this first appt with the neurologist, but it's a step forward! Wish me luck!
UPDATE: No cancer!!!!!!!!!!!!! We just have to monitor it for the years to come!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy for you. I know what it's like to have a scare like that. Glad everything turned out ok. BUT don't forget to go for the check ups!!!
