For DJ I recommend finer touch entertainment. We met with them on Friday and loved them. The owner Harold offered to meet us on Sat/Sun if we needed and his prices will fit in your budget.

Park Ave Studio in Sayville, should have their pricing online if not I know they will email it to you if you call. Absolute DJ entertainment, from sayville, also has their pricing online

I can't help with the photographer or florist but I can say you can definitely negotiate for a winter wedding. I am looking at the weekend before you and for the Saturday night many places gave us the Friday night price without even asking. If we book the Friday night, the places we are considering came down on price and threw in some extras for the Friday night. I got some quotes that I was very happy with for the Friday night so it's all about making a decision now!
