Bridgeview is in Nassau but is right on the water

Watermill Caterers in Smithtown has really pretty gardens. They quoted me $85 for a sunday in September - maybe you could talk them down to $80.

For an evening wedding in October it will be nearly impossible to find a place for $80 pp. I highly doubt any of the places listed would give you that. I'm sorry to tell you that- I just dont want you to be shocked when you go RH hunting.

Actually most of these places quoted me at 80 or below for Oct 2010. This was my review of the places I have seen - with pros and cons, quotes, etc.

there is another place in bayville..over looking the water...i can not remember the name at this moment (i will get bk to you) they did a lobster night and dancing last summere....it was reallly pretty.....

Do you mean the 'Waterview' Club or something? I don't know if that is wow factor, but it is approximate to water. What about looking the Brooklyn Boat house?

my hall, lombardi's on the sound has incredible water views. but its more than 80pp...other than that, i like the harbor club too in huntington

I really liked the lombardi's on the sound website but the quote they gave me was above 100pp... I wish i could afford that. I am going to see the Harbor Club this weekend!

I booked at the Swan Club on a Sunday in June for $70 pp. For 100 ppl, you would most likely be in the room I am in the Contessa room. Beautiful grounds with water fountains and a view of Roslyn Harbor. The only thing is that you want a wow factor and for me the wow factor is the grounds, the rooms is beautiful and overlooks the grounds, but don't expect high ceilings and a grand hall.

I suggest seeing it and getting their luncheon tasting. Food is delish!! They just did renovations on that room and the new pics have not been posted on their website.

Other places ( I got quotes for Spring months)...
Sans Souci (10 mins north from Swan club) runs about $75-$85 pp, overlooks Hempstead Harbor and it does one wedding at a time. They also include centerpieces.

Harbor Club (Huntington) has view of Harbor and I think the price ranges from $70 - $85.

Sands Lido Beach price I think ranges about $80 pp - one wedding at a time. it is big and grand, but there are no windows to see out to the beach.
