Seeking Waterfront or view Weddings with a WOW factor!
Seeking waterfront or waterview venues for ceremony and reception under $80pp. Guests: 100 Date: Oct 17, 2010, Sunday Time: Evening preferred but can do day as well.
Seen: - Windows on the Lake - Sunset Harbour - West Lake Inn - Miller Place Inn - East Wind Caterers - Giorgio's at Fox Hill - The Riviera - The Beach Club Estate - Chateau La Mer - Mediterranean Manor
Any other suggestions? Willing to see places that don't have water but need the WOW factor...

UPDATE I uploaded pictures of all these places in my photo albums!!
UPDATE I have actually decided on Fox Hollow!! Its not waterview but the place is AMAZING! thanks for everyones help!

I'm not the best with the locations of the Long Island counties but what about the Venetian Yacht Club, beautiful water view..

The Venetian Yacht Club is more in the $80 and up price range.

Have you checked into the Riviera in Massapequa? They are waterfront and I hear their prices are pretty reasonable.

Are you flexible with your timing? October is still prime season. You might have more options in your price range if you change months. Just a suggestion.

I will check with the atlantica and see what their price ranges are. Oct is a set time frame to have the wedding :) (booked photographer and videographer already)

there is another place in bayville..over looking the water...i can not remember the name at this moment (i will get bk to you) they did a lobster night and dancing last summere....it was reallly pretty.....

if you change your date to later in october (see if the vendor has a later date..some places will give you the nov price....
the majestic gardens out east has 6 beautfiul acres of gardens...i know you said water but they are beautiful...and in the budget for a sunday wedding...
just a thought

For an evening wedding in October it will be nearly impossible to find a place for $80 pp. I highly doubt any of the places listed would give you that. I'm sorry to tell you that- I just dont want you to be shocked when you go RH hunting.

Do you mean the 'Waterview' Club or something? I don't know if that is wow factor, but it is approximate to water. What about looking the Brooklyn Boat house?

i think that may have been it.....not wow factor but there was the water.....
hmm what about the gurneys in montauk?? i have no idea what it looks like..just throwing it out there....

my hall, lombardi's on the sound has incredible water views. but its more than 80pp...other than that, i like the harbor club too in huntington
