Hi Ladies.
I have my appointment with my venue in a few weeks to select my menu options. Did anyone also have a tasting when selecting their menu? what else should I expect? I want to go prepared. Any Chateau La Mer Brides know about renovations to the upstairs room?

I was told there were going to be renovations done to the upstairs room during the month of January by Tom, but he left. I just called and they said that they have the permits for the construction, but they didn't start it yet.

My fiancee and I are going for another food tasting and will select menu then.Tino is going to be my banquet manager, I spoke to him a couple of times already. Never heard about the renovation upstair at all. I'll let you know how it goes:)

Aww wwow... I wonder what it will look like. My wedding was this past summer in the upstairs room. The menu was delicious! We did a tasting.. they do them once a month I believe. all my guests said that food was incredible. There was SO MUCh of it too!! :D

I am getting married at Chateau, this September, I just spoke with the general manager and there no construction at all happening in 2015 and they assured me..
I am going to check it out next week anyway I will keep everyone posted

When i went to select my menu they advised they don't know when the renovations will take place. I love the room either way. I am so excited.
