SELF Magazine Challenge
Self Magazine has a 12-week challenge every year that tried to get you to live a healthier lifestyle. I've been doing this for the last 4-5 years and love it because it motivates me a bit to work out and eat healthier. There are several components to the Challenge: cardio, strength training, stretching, and healthy eating. It doesn't ask you to give up a particular food or to subscribe to a restrictive diet. You don't have to subscribe to the magazine to be a part of the Challenge (or at least I don't think so). I thought I would share this and see if anyone would be interested in joining and be buddies.
