Very excited that I made our semi-final appt at Jericho Terrace. I got the pamphlet that tells all the info we'll need. Will we select the style cake we want that night also? Anything else I should know?
We met with Linda a few weeks ago. You will need to choose your cake at the appointment. She'll have pictures to show you of each cake, and you can also upgrade it, but it'll cost extra. For instance, if you wanted fondant in place of whipped cream or butter cream, it would be an extra fee tacked on. Or if you wanted something other than vanilla or chocolate cake, like carrot cake or tiramisu or red velvet, another charge would be incurred. Their cakes really are nice though :) It might help if you went down to Dortoni Bakery itself and have a tasting of the fillings. FH and I decided on chocolate pudding and fresh strawberries.
