I've haven't had my bridal shower yet but I'm planning on sending out my wedding invitations on or around April 20th...is it bad to send them out before my shower?? Tia

Hmm that's a good question. If your shower is a surprise than it's okay but if not I'd say it's still okay Maybe I'm no help

My shower was a suprise and my girls ended up having it 4 weeks before my wedding. Needless to say my invites had been out for about 6+ weeks by that time. I don't think it matters.

I agree with this, if your Bridal shower is a surprise, then it should be okay to send them out!!

I just sent my invites out yesterday and know that shower invites haven't been sent out yet and the shower is also a surprise.

No, send out your wedding invites.....they should go out before the shower invites.

My wedding invites went out a month before my shower and I knew about it. My guests didn't see anything wrong with it.
