my invites yesterday! gah! very exciting! 'cept the post office didn't have the new rate change postcard stamps OR the old ones so i could get those and the one cents. we ended up having to buy the 10 cent and 17 cent ones. so now my rsvp postcards have clocks and goats on them (well, rams really, but the look like goats). oh well, at least they're out!

I put 41 cents on my RSVP postcards because they are an odd size and they required it. I put liberty bells on because people will be sending them back over the rate change.

congrats i heard rams are good luck........ only kidding i am sure no one will really even notice that

i mean, i don't even care all that much, it was just annoying b/c they told me to wait a day b/c the new stamps were going on sale, then we went to go pick them up and apparently they don't actually go on sale until may 12th. they're just stamps so it's not that big of a deal, i just didn't want to wait a day when i didn't have to and make two trips.

heh, i actually thought it was kinda funny - and the clocks went surprisingly well with our color scheme. if i had known they wouldn't be there though i might have ordered the x-men ones online.

Yeah, congratulations.
