Sept 14,15,16 Brides Outdoor Cocktail Hour?

Are you planning an outdoor cocktail hour? I have the option to(weather permitting)but we dont start until 8:00. I dont know how dark it will be at that time. What are you all doing?

Sept 14,15,16 Brides Outdoor Cocktail Hour?

We have mainly an indoor cocktail hour, but there are large double doors that open to outside and they put tables out there so people can go in and out easily. The sun sets at 5:58pm so it will be dark by 8pm. You can find sunrise/sunset times at http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneYear.html

Sept 14,15,16 Brides Outdoor Cocktail Hour?

My rehearsal dinner is a beach Bar-B-Que on the 15th. I think it will be dark by 8PM, which is why I am starting my BBQ at 6PM. If your site uses candles and other outdoor lighting, your cocktail will be beautiful outside. I would go for it.
