Yay for us we went to finalize our menu and cake selection yesterday
OMG I think I just panicked reading this! I have no idea what we'll be picking for our menu, cake, OR flowers! I better get moving!!! would my hall call me? or should I just set up an appointment?

Don't worry you will be fine . . . your hall is supposed to call you and let you know when it is time to schedule such an appointment
