September Brides

so what is everyone doing now.....do you all feel as crazy as i do.....we are mailing out our invites friday and i feel like all the little things that need to get done are making me crazy........

We're mailing our invites out this weekend too!!

Working on lots of little things, since the big things are taken care of. I wish I could take time off from work. My poor FH has been getting the brunt of my stress lately with having to do wedding stuff at home b/c I've been getting home so late from the office. I want my job to quit hassling me - I need a break from doing 4 jobs in 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i hear ya....i totally have been making my FH crazy we get in little arguments every night i think...but we always make up...........i need a day off too. the weekends isnt enough time to get everything done..

Exactly!!! I need a vacation, desparately! I haven't had one in 2 years!!!!!!!!

Waiting for my shower responses to come in (I know when it is and all details since I had to help plan it )

Will be mailing out invites in a few weeks

Actually I just looked at my 'to do' list and it's getting pretty small. The next big thing is presents for my bridal party.

I'm waiting to get invites back from a friend who is doing the calligraphy. I really want to send them out next week, but its not looking to good. Then, I have my first fitting next Saturday which I am not too excited about, since I wont be able to see the changes until the 2nd fitting. Thats about it. My to do list is really long, but its too early to get started on most of the list.

Same here... I still don't have the dresses for the Flower girls and my invites are still at the calligraphers .... I ordered them in the beginning of March and they didn't come in until last week.... and then I was told that it would take 10 days for the calligrapher to finish

Yup, in the middle of invite hell. Hopefully they will be out tomorrow or Monday (ok most likely Monday ) FH am I have been bickering like crazy over all the dumb sh*t for the wedding-grrr. Also on the list, find a bakery (my cake lady backed out), dress fittings July 6, get FH to get fitted for tux, tasting next week (yummy), meet with the priest..... and the list goes on!! It seems the closer I get, the less time I have and the more appointments I have to make

I too am in the middle of invite hell But thanks to a few ladies (you know who you are!!) I am unbelieveably THANKFUL for your help

Left to do:

BM gifts
FG gifts (she's picking out her own dress)
ring pillows
cake cutting stuff
flower girl basket
address invites
1st fitting July 3rd
wedding rings (even though they're already picked out)

I've got the little details to go!

It's coming fast ladies!!

Getting my invites on Sunday-need to get direction cards from hall

I have the DIY favors to finish. (ie Jordan Almond Flowers, Chocolate Boxes....)

My fitting(s)

have to buy one of those long line bras...I decided against wearing nothing underneath my dress.

Groomsmen gifts
Tuxedos

I have to decorate my bathroom baskets, Breast Cancer Awareness Basket, and Petal Cone basket.

I was hoping to be able to book excursions for our cruise online.

that's about it!

I just got my invites in...I've been stuffing envelopes. Then I have to write on all of them. I am hoping to have them out in about three weeks. Hope thats not to late. My first fitting is the 15th. My BM's are all ordering there shoes right around now. I still need to get bridal party gifts. I am making the BM bo-ks right now. I have to order my cake a month before the wedding and meet with the DJ. I also still need some decorations for the hall. Oh, and programs! The HM is ALL taken care of!!! Im not sure if Im missing anything...

Oh yeah. Still have to get toasting glasses and cake cutting utensils.

Sent my invites out on Tuesday - and most of the LI guests have already received them! I ordered my bm gifts, and my ring pillow and the favorsoh and the bubbles too. Need to do the DIY favors yet....need to order ribbon, get Tulle, order the M&Ms....Then it is mainly little things, and the more I think about it the more I feel I am missing things!!! I really need to sit down and do a to-do list
