JUST WONDERING HOW EVERYONE IS DOING.. MY DRESS IS IN, I AM GOING FOR MY FIRST FITTING NEXT WEEK, MY BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES ARE IN.
I HAD MY BRIDAL SHOWER.. LOTS AND LOTS OF GREAT STUFF.. IT IS ALL FINALLY HAPPENING.. I CAN'T WAIT.. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!

I'm a September bride too! 9/28. My dress is in...haven't tried it on...I just got a bra/shoes/headpiece. My bridesmaids dresses are in and we have shoes. Now the fun is beginning. I haven't had my shower yet but hopefully real soon! it is still a surprise! Good luck! Bachelorette is planned, but is also sorta a surprise.

I'm September 21! I just had my first fitting on Monday. My bridesmaid's dresses are all in. I still have to finalize my florist and cake person - also looking into ceremony music - haven't decided on that yet. I had my shower on June 29 - total surprise and so much fun! I can't wait for the wedding... the anticipation is driving me crazy! Has everyone sent out their invites yet? Mine are going out this weekend.

I'm September 14! It really is starting to all seem REAL now! I had 2 showers this weekend in Pennsylvania (where my FI is from) - thats when it really started to hit me. Bridesmaids dresses are in and I'm going for my first fitting on Saturday. Everyone keep posting on their status - I'm so afraid I'll forget to do something!

I am getting married September21. I have everything except the dresses and shoes. The dresses haven't come in yet. I sent out my invites a few weeks ago and am getting responses everyday. I only got one decline. I haven't had my shower yet. I have a feeling it will be on a Saturday so I have been making sure I am wearing something nice. It better happen soon cause I am running out of cute outfits!

I'm getting married on September 8th! My calligrapher just called me to tell me my invites are done. I'm sending them out on Friday. Tomorrow I'm going for my second dress fitting. All my girls got their dresses already and they're in the process of getting shoes. I pretty much have all of the big stuff done, but I'm working on details now. I had two showers already and my department at work is throwing me a huge shower on the 30th! I don't think there is much left on the registry! Can you believe we're getting married soon? It seems like yesterday when I got engaged. My how things have progressed since then! Thanks for all your help with the planning. I'm planning from VA so it has been a challenge!

My date is September 6th. We have everything planned except my dress is not in yet!! I went to the bridal store today to see what was going on (and get loud if necessary) and they told me it is supposed to be in on Friday. So I made an appointment for a fitting for next Wednesday!! Other than that, my girl's dresses are all in, they just need to go get their fittings, my FH and I just picked out the tuxes. The only thing I have left to do is 1. wait for the rest of my responses to come back 2. pick out my cake (next week!!) 3. confirm everything with my vendors 4. buy honeymoon clothes for my honey!! I cant believe its only 7 weeks away!!

Im not sure what my girls are doing for my bachelorette party. I think they are taking me to the Culture Club in NYC. All I know is its on August 3rd!! Now I have to try to figure out how to get off of work that weekend!! What about you...do you know what you are doing?

Only things I still need: Pew bows Makeup trials & choose who Order favors & decorate Order wedding bands and believe it or not... decide on honeymoon!!
We have been procrastinating. Can't decide between Hawaii and Aruba. We have been to Hawaii twice and love it!! So far, though! Aruba is so much closer. But we have never been to Aruba and worry about being dissapointed. Dress has been in for months, came in in just 2 1/2 weeks!! Waiting for my shower (got some gifts ups today, must be close!) Lots of responses in, only one 'no'. Good luck everybody!

My date is also September 27, my dress and the girls dresses are in. I have gotten my shoes already still have to get the girls though. Invitations are going out next weekend. No shower yet but, I have a feeling its coming up soon. My sister told me today to stop looking at my registry. Thats going to be hard though since I check it regularly. Going to finalize flowers within the next 2 weeks. Ordered wedding bands. Just have to decide on honeymoon (disney world we think). Can't believe its almost here.

Another September 21 bride here. We're doing okay -- by dress is in, but I lost tons of weight so it doesn't fit at all -- but that's the kinda problems I love! I have to start fittings soon, but I just want to take off a few more pounds... ah well...
Besides that - my BM dresses are in - but my MOH didn't get her's yet. She's on a diet too so we're waiting for the last second to order (here come the rush charges!)
Gotta get the tuxes this weekend and the invites are with the calligrapher. I'm finally done with the wedding program - just printing left - & I'm starting on the home-made favors now (I'm gonna post a picture so please check it out).
I can't believe it's finally getting close!! I can't believe how the time is flying -- soon it'll be our turn!!

Sept 28 here...I am so so excited!!!! No shower yet, but know something is brewing Dress is in -fitting 8/2...still need the shoes We haven't picked wedding bands yet - still have to do tuxes, makeup/hair trial, pick special songs, personal flowers, ..a lot of the little things, that only seem to be able to be done closer to the big day! September 28 here too! I can't believe how quickly it's coming. I have a couple concerns though. Seems like most of you have your shoes and the girls' shoes already, am I lagging behind? We haven't gotten any yet! How long does it take for dyeable shoes to be ready? Also, did your girls get different shoes or all the same? My girls are wearing different dresses in the same color, so I think different shoes would look best. I have the girls for hair and make-up, but no trials with either yet. My invitations should be going out next week (or as soon as I make direction cards to the church!) and I know my shower is coming up soon. I still have to order favors, which I think will be the maple syrup jars that debbus and michele31 have talked about. We're doing a fall theme, so that would match really well! Anybody else doing fall themes or have any ideas? I get nervous sometimes that I'm forgetting something! Thanks everybody.

I'm Sept. 2nd... Lots of things to do. I am in the process of making appointments with my vendors for final decisions, picked out the BM shoes a couple of days ago (they took forever to find!), am going for my second dress fitting next week, just go an outbid notice on Ebay for wedding bubbles , have to look for a veil (maybe in the city?), want to start working on the programs soon, need to write wedding vows, makeup/hair trial this Saturday, and am receiving responses everyday.

We're 9/21 too! Just a hair over 2 months to go! It's going too fast and not fast enough a the same time - know what I mean? Lots of things to do but I want the day here
The dresses are in and we are scheduling fittings for the beginning of august. tuxes are selected, they need to get measured probably in a month or so.
The invites are going out tomorrow!
I had my shower last weekend! bachelorette scheduled for 9/7/02.
