I'm ordering from Pippy's Sweets. We haven't finalized our design yet but hopefully by the end of this month to early in April. My wedding isn't till the end of September so I propably won't send them out till sometime in July.

The turnaround time really just depends on what you order. I ordered scroll invitations the first week in feb and they told me they'd be in in 4 weeks. They still arent here yet. Most of the people I talked to though it took around three weeks for them to come in. After that it really just depends if you have people working on calligraphy and stuff.
