FH was telling me a few days ago that he's really jealous about all the GTG we have (or are supposed to have). He requested that I suggest a GTG with the FH's.
Since some of you were interested, I figured i'd change the information on here. Looking at the caledar, it would have to be Sept 7/8.
I have no clue what we should plan. FH is away and won't be home for a few days.
Anyone have any ideas?
ETA So earlier today Denise (espo) mentioned that The Melting Pot is opening in Farmingdale sometime this summer. It doesn't say much on the website so I sent an email to get more information. I'm waiting to find out when exactly. (I don't know if they would even tell me.
I think that would be an AWESOME place to go. Who's game?
Obviously if they aren't opened yet we'd have to find another place. Maybe something like a Hibachi place?

Great idea for FH's to come along but Im also not sure about the city. And I think actually there was one there already.

I dont know if FH could make it. I wouldnt know until the week before. He works in catering and weekends are wedding days.

I'd love to do one with FH. But September is a really bad month, especially those days. The 7/8, Family will be in from Jersey and then the weekend of the 22nd is the weekend before my bday and since i'll be away the weekend after, my friends want to do something that weekend. Grrr. I haven't been to a GTG in soo long!

I would love to have a GTG with everyone, including FH!!! He would love it too, hes a big people person lol However September is insanely busy for us. Engagement parties, 3 weddings, and bdays take up every weekend for us in Sept.

Laura...besides that fact that my Fh isnt even home to try to bring to a GTG...I know he would NEVER go...
I mean I'm not bragging but he is such a friendly guy and the life of the party when out- but I think he would feel silly going to a GTG with me and not knowing anyone. Especially since we would all be talking LIW talk haha

It's funny because he's the one that mentioned it. I wouldn't have thought he would like it either but then again he's more into the planning than me. LMAO
