i think i figured out why the system was 'acting up' - i think scanning and keying was going on at the same time ...it's correct now!

It really shouldn't have slowed down that much....unless they were scanning the same location you were keying...which I don't think was happening. The system is built to handle more than one person using it at a time

Ummmmm....why were you keying it if they were going to rescan it?

cause that's what i thought they wanted... too much paper flying around by end of day. it was fine in the end as it accepted my changes and came up with the right number, we can double check tomorrow if you want...

i rekeyed it twice

whatever, no biggie...i think tomorrow the 'in box' should go back to what it is supposed to be used for...LOL...
