ok so 1 of my bridesmaids got married a few months ago & is having her actual wedding in july - shes very close to FH's family and wants to put me at the table with the brother & SIL that i hate she asked me if i was ok with that do i tell her the truth????

ok so i told her i would sit wherever she needed/wanted me but if possible to sit me with other people so she did i am sitting with the brother i like & FMIL and another couple - thank you everyone for your help!!!!

I think it depends who else is at the tanle and if you are a person who is always sitting or up and dancingin. Just because you are at the same table doesn't mean you have to sit near each other. also if you are a dancing fool you won't be sitting that much anyway.

hi he doesnt care i know that already- and i email her all day like we talk all the time so she just asked me so im waiting to see what to say - like i would honestly prefer to sit with the other 2 brothers - 1 i love and 1 i tolerate...... GRRRRRRRRRRRRR & well have my daughter & my step-daughter with us....

does she know that you hate them? is there anyway you could suggest that you sit at another table with some other person you know without having to say that you DONT want to sit with them?

Just be honest and say you'd rather sit with the other brothers because you know them better. Dont say its b/c you dont like the other people. You'd still be sitting w/ family...just different fam. members.

Personally I feel that you spend so little time at the actual table it doens't matter all that much. But I think it would be ok to say nicely.... that you'd rather sit elsewhere.
