seriously do I need to make an appt?

Do I really need an appointment to go to Macy's bridal in manhasset to look for flowergirl dresses?
I called and the girl was like you need an appt
i just wanna look Maybe I will just go there

When I was going to look for BM dresses, they told me I didn't need an appt during the week, but I would need one for the weekend.

The first time I called they told me that you do not need an appointment, BUT that they take appointments over walk-ins, which is understood. I called again last night because I wasn't sure what time I was getting out of work and just wanted to pop in and they said I need to make an appointment. I guess it all depends on who answers the phone and what type of mood they are in.
