all i know about my mother is she told my sister who she lives with is that 'she tried and if her effort is goodness well that is just too bad' when my sis asked about the wedding she said its 9 months away she will see if shes up to it. This situation sucks but I dont think I am the only on of 7 children will have to deal with this. My brother said he will give me away

your mom said to your sister that she made an effort and if it wasn't good enough then its just too bad' what effort did she put in? how much effort can it take to show up to an event?

did you father initially say that he would walk you down the aisle? have you normally had a good relationship with either of your parents?

so sorry to hear! FH's mother did not come out our eparty either so i know how it can feel. Hopefully it all works out for the best
