seriously need co-op prayers, again!! pleasssseeee
just found out today that the management company who recieved our package of information FIVE WEEKS AGOOOOOo just sent it out to the co-op board today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (eta: they told us they sent it out last wednesday!!! and originally they told us they could turn it around within THREE WEEKS..)
i am sooo stressed and sooo annoyed. we want to close in a month so we can get the tax credit!!!!! and these ppl are just too slow for me!!!!
please pray we close within the month!!!!!! its bad enough not living togehter in our first place yet....its worse to hear that people are slackin on their jobs!!
and of course, they dont care. they have our 10% deposit and they are still going to get their commission....so the only people affected if we dont close by june are john and me!!!!!!!!!!![]()
