When you drop off your table numbers or favors at your reception hall....do they set it all up for you???

Ask your hall but mine said they would set up my centerpieces and evrything so I'd assume so!

the RH will set up EVERYTHING that you give them. if there are specific instructions for something, then write a note with that item. for example i had our parents wedding pics and our engagement pic that i wanted with the placecards, so i left a note to put it on that table. and i had a pic of me and my dad and a memory poem to put on a table with our memory candle and i put a note for that. i probably didn't need to put notes, but felt better that i did. they are pretty experienced about settings things up. plus you can tell them these things when you drop the stuff off a few days before the wedding.
Absolutely...just pack everything carefully esp table numbers bec of the glass...and give any specific instructions to your BM when you drop everything off.

i'd definitely add the notes to each thing you want set up specifically because you never know if the message you leave with your BM will be transferred to the person who is doing the actual set-up. remember how the game 'telephone' works?
