..for next Saturday!! My FSIL is going to take he and I out to LI to look at a couple places we like so far
My list is- Chateau La Mer Woodbury CC Crest Hollow CC Swan Club
Do you ladies have any first-time visiting advice? I know they'll ask for our headcount estimate and range of dates-what else should I prepare for them? Is there anything you didn't ask but wish you had? Thx so much, I'm so excited to get going!

Re: Setting up RH appts...
Don't be afraid to ask questions - if soemthing pops into your head that you want to know about - ASK! Their job is to get you to book with them, so they will do pretty much whatever it takes to get that to happen. Also, try to ger pricing for whatever you might be interested in. Example - if you even thought about the possibility of a VH - ask for pricing - they may be more likely to give you a better deal!

Re: Setting up RH appts...
I brought a huge list of questions with me, so I wouldn't forget to ask anything. I think it's a good idea to come up with a list before hand, so you don't get wrapped up in the moment and miss anything! If you'd like I can FM you my list later, I found it online somewhere. Some of them were ridiculous, so I didn't ask them, but a lot of them were helpful!
The RH people are very understanding and are more than happy to help. Don't feel like you're asking too many questions and don't be afraid to negotiate!!

As you should be excited! It's always important to ask about minimum head count for a room, and what happens if enough people cancel so that you are below that number. MY BM manager said that if that happens, the vendors will be counted and fed.
