Setting up table...

Who is in charge of setting up the tables and when, you know like arranging any centerpieces youve made yourself, adding favors, candles..etc..etc...???

you bring everything to the hall beforehand, usually a few days and you can show them how to set up your table and even draw a picture so they'll have it the day of.

If its flower cp's youve made yourself then you'll have to find a way to bring it to the hall earlier that day since you cant leave fresh flowers there for a few days, and the RH will set it up

I was actually wondering the same thing!
(its the control freak in me!!)
I will definitly be drawing a picture for them!!!
