Re: sewing beads on a veil
I don't know, but if your veil is very fragile, just be VERY careful not to pull or tear it.

Re: sewing beads on a veil
If there are holes in the beads I know there is a filament thread (looks like fishing line) that is used for beadwork. I plan on adding beadwork to my veil as well and am going to practice doing so over the next month. I'll let you know if it works out!

Re: sewing beads on a veil
jenny, did you do the bead work??? the beads that i am using SHOULD have holes in them...my guess is to make a small knot and go through the underside then thread the bead, go back through and knot again. i think that i am going to bead throughout the veil rather than the edge, but that may change. anyway, thank you for posting and believe me, when all is done, i will post pix. fh has the digital camera and i am clueless!
