So I was wondering if any other my fellow brides have bought or used the Shake Weight? Does it work or is it a waste of $$$$$? I was going buy it but wanted to find out whether people have used it and whether it works.![]()
I bought it at BBB, its been working but you have to use it everyday.
I brought it at BBB and have used it a few times. It is a hard workout. I was laughing about it, bc I really didn't think it was going to be a hard workout. I haven't used it enough to see if it works though.
It's hilarious, my mom bought it last night. It says to use it six min per day, I just tried it and it totally works the muscles. Not sure about results, but heyy it can't hurt! I did it for about 3 min, as quick as I could, haha, and it was a workout, not sure if it adds much over regular free weights though.

I'm so glad someone else asked about this. Everyone always makes fun of it and I thought I was the only one who wanted it!
I find it to be a really uncomfortable motion.

This thread inspired me to start using mine again. I used it yesterday, and just did it. I am in pain right now.. I really feel it in my biceps and triceps. I would like to continue using it every night or every other night. My arms need some serious toning!!
I went to the store yesturday with my Mom and bought one with my 20% off. My Mom ended up buying one too...I have started using it and I do feel it in my arms...hope it works...lol

I think i might try this now also. I think this combined with my kick boxing is going to give me arms of steel

google bed bath beyond coupons.
you can do that with almost any store and get coupon codes.
