Hey, I have decided who is going to be in my bridal party and I am going to try and get them all to dinner or lunch in a few weeks.....not sure how I should ask them, or maybe make something for them....
Any cute stories or ideas? I feel this is one of the most important steps of planning because they all mean so much to me

i wrote cards out for my friends and just wrote about our friendship and how they have always been there for me and that i wanted them to be w/ me as i prepared for a next chapter in my life...threw in CVS gift cards too....good luck

We had a dinner party. We sent out invitations and invited our bridal party to dinner. It was funny because they all thought it was an engagement party so they brought gifts.
We gathered everyone in the living room to make a toast and we said 'for all of you standing in front of us, we would like to ask you to be part of our day and stand with us as we become husband and wife'.

i gave out cards asking if they would like to be my bridesmaid as well as wine glasses that said bridesmaid on it..the girls loved it :)

I mailed everyone a DIY personalized card....FM me if you want the poems i used! It was a big hit too!

My MOH i got a personalized ornament that said will you be my MOH with our wedding date.
Our other bridesmaids I made cards and put a poem in each asking them to be my bridesmaid.
I got them 'Will you be my bridesmaid?' cards from Papyrus and a keepsake since they are all traveling pretty long distances......
I got them these, with the 'Will you be my bridesmaid?' etched into the top....

havent done it yet, but at my e-party/dinner i'm going to have tote bags that i plan on writing 'bridesmaid' on one side and their inital on the other and in the bag i want to make little photobooks with pics of us in them.
