We did a tasting at West Sayville before we booked. Brought both sets of parents, it was really nice. We picked three entrees that would be contenders for our wedding dinner and liked all three. I'm not sure we would have booked if the food was bad lol. I'm curious if we get to do another one when we pick out our final menu. :) have fun! I went to a wedding at WM about two years ago now, they had a mashed potato bar and BBQ station at cocktail hour that was amazing!
