Share your unique Idea...

I am interested to hear some of your unique ideas you have for your wedding. If there something you are doing that you feel has never been done or you are doing a new twist on something I would like to hear. I know some brides don't like to share, but if you don't care, please do!!

If I can get my mother on board, I want my friends band to play a set at the reception. They are a Rockabilly/Psychobilly band and my fiance and I will both my sporting pompadores.

i have a fondue fountain at my reception and I was debating to place out nice take out cartons w/ our names & date for them to fill all the goodies (obviously not any fruit or anything w/ chocolate on it) i dont want to waste any food there will be so much left over

I was thinking of making the ballads played at the wedding for slow dances my married cousins wedding songs!

Too funny! My FH would love this... He's a huge Brian Setzer fan and we go to his shows often (2X this year).... That would be so fun!!

were doing kind of like a wish bowl

i bought note cards..that came with envelopes and in stead of a sign in board or book..we will have guests write something on the cards and seal the envelope..and we will not open them until our 1st anniversary

i read it in a bride magazine

I love him. If I can't get my friend's band then we're having the DJ play some things. I'm still doing my pomp though!

I think we are going with balck limos also. I think it will look amazing with the black and white pics.

1. FH is going to recreate the scene from 'Say Anything' as I am getting ready to come down the aisle. Complete with ghetto blaster from ebay

2. After that whole thing my friend from work will sing as I walk down the aisle.

3. Hand-fasting ceremony.

Well, I want my dad to row me to the ceremony - the hall is right downstream from my house.....my mom thinks that will be a circus and I'll end up with mud on my dress. There's got to be a way!!!

Jenise, I can help you dye it. I've dyed a ton of stuff, it can't be too much harder, plus if it doesn't work, you can bleach it!
