am i the only one that truly believes that a couple should never go to bed angry??? b/c the article says its okay to - but im a firm believer that you shouldnt go to bed angry!

I'm a stubborn mule and sometimes its just too hard for me to just let it go...but usually by the time i wake up...it's over. I'm trying to get better at the never go to sleep angry thing

there have been times when i make FH stay up until like 1 or 2am to settle fights... i must say it does help me sleep a lot better if we talked things out before bed time!

i totally agree with the whole its okay to go to bed angry

sometimes we fight like crazy and then go to bed and in the morning its like we totally forgot about it LOL if we tried to stay up to resolve it we would kill each other!! so that one definitely works for us

Ok I just read this article and I think it was great and soooooooo much of it is soooooooo true. But here is my question. FH and I have lived together for about 4 years and in some ways i feel like im already married to him. I really cant see that much changing between us after we get married. What do you girls think?? Do you think a piece of paper is going to change what we already have??? If it does thats really gonna SUCK!!!

wow thank you for posting this article. i enjoyed reading it and learned that it is okay to fight. i should sent this to FH.

he thought after our first fight our relationship was going to go down hill and i would break if off HAHA!!! NO!!! I know we need to fight to have a healthy relationship! Tell me when you are mad at me please haha

But the sleeping on it thing- yeah i agree sometimes you just need to go to bed and let your mind settle down as well as your emotions. there is always the morning to chat about it!!

i TOTALLY agree & thought the same thing as i was reading it!!! the only thing i can see changing things is when we have kids
