She snubbed me!

Man this woman is so rude...we were leaving Ohio yesterday morning and we come in after loading the car to say goodbye and of course she's already in big, sobbing tears. She starts off talking to FSD and saying things like they'll come visit 'when Ilana says' and they'll call 'when Ilana says' and all this other crap 'when Ilana says'....so right, obviously Mike has no say in anything that happens whatsoever and I'm the bad guy.

Then she starts her hysterics again and says 'I love you FSD...and I love Daddy too' and gives them both a hug...no love for Ilana!!! I'm sitting across the room trying to count the fibers in the couch so I don't roll my eyes...then we get up to leave and she says a big goodbye to both of them, hugs and whatever and doesn't move to say goodbye to me or give me a hug...so I just walked out going 'Bye!'

I almost feel bad for her, she really has no idea who she is dishing this all out to...if she thinks I'm going to lay down and take it, she is sorely mistaken.

And our episode of Days of Our Lives concludes for today

she needs a butt kicking

this pisses me off on so many levels...letting FSD think you have say in what she does (theoretically ) when you don't say anything!


And then to show FSD you have no importance by snubbing you.

Way to go to create problems that will only lead to resentment on HER part on so many levels.

I hate her for you.

I want to drive to Ohio and just smack this woman! I am so sorry that you are going though this. What a biatch!!!!!

Honestly though, I really hate this. Your FH should say something to her. One the phone or whatever. You are going ot be his wife and he shoul not execpt his mother treating you this way.

To add one more thing, even if she wants to be a biznatch to you, how dare she make comments in front of your FSD and involve your FSD in yoru FMIL's madness.

That's what I am saying, he should say, she is my future wife and if you have such a big problem that you insist on telling my daughter about, than you will find yourself outside of our lives. If she doesn't end up out of your life, doesn't sound like such a bad thing.... I hate mean biznotches, even if they are Moms.

He is definitely getting to that point. Before this visit, he'd tell me 'I know its bad, but its really not as bad as you think it is' and he'd tell me I was turning something small into something big...but this visit was the first time he really saw it...when we walked out the door I didn't even have a chance to open my mouth before he said 'She didn't even say goodbye to you! What the heck is wrong with her?!'

Obviously she's not going to stop and he's gonna get angrier and tell her off...and I can't waaaaaaait for that day...and if he doesn't do it...THEN I WILL!!!!
