Shoe Advice with Pictures & POLL

ok ladies!

i found the dress!!!

Now, Please see the pics i Added below - the first is the show i am going to buy to wear on the wedding day.
Should i buy the shoe in Ivory to match my dress? or should i buy the dress in Champagne (see the second shoe - this is the champagne color) and it will match the color of my sash?

My MOH says to just get ivory since no one will see the shoe and its pointless to spend so much more money to dye them when no one will see them.

I also heard a rumor that after you dye a shoe, the material becomes more rough and harsh and more prone to hurt you. is this ture?

Let me know your opinions! I want to order but i wanted to ask you guys first!

I've dyed shoes before and honestly i didn't feel they felt differently really afterwords.
