Has anyone ever used those shoe cushions that are supposed to keep your feet from pushing forward? Do they work?

I'm wearing open toe shoes on the wedding day and even though they're the right size, my toes keep pushing off the front of the shoe.

they do work. i put the dr. scholls inserts into all my heals.

I have shoe cushions in my flats and they help..
