We had shoes with rhinestones on them for my friend's wedding and they were able to dye them. We purchased them and had them dyed through the same store...I don't remember the name of it, but it was on Old Country Road not far from Roosevelt Field...by Sam Ash, I want to say.

Re: shoe dyeing?
you have to buy dyeable shoes then take them to a store that dyes shoes. You can have rhinestones on it.

what makes them dyeable though? it obviously has to be the fabric but that's why i'm wondering with what I have pictured can be done.

Re: shoe dyeing?
for some reason i highly doubt at $40 DB's shoes are satin when others are charging $70 and up for dyeable shoes (or they are a cheaper satin). i'm going to chance this shoe and bring it in
gracias

Re: shoe dyeing?
That store is called Bridal Shoe Boutique on Old Country Road at Cherry Ln. My mom used them last year for my brother's wedding and had a good experience

Re: shoe dyeing?
i think i'll go to Sandy's Saturday! thank you!!
i did look at Payless tonight if anyone's interested (ahem Becca). $44 total for the shoe and dye job. there's more of a selection online but they do have some cutte styles. my fat foot won't fit into their shoes comfortably though haha
