Hey girls, my first fitting is this Friday, and I was told to have the shoes I'll be wearing for the wedding on that day. Can anyone give me any suggestions on where to look in Manhattan? I thought It would be easy to find bridal shoes, but I can't find any good places around where I live.

just a tip, you dont really NEED to have the shoes youre going to wear.. I went barefoot.. and they have heels there for you usually.. i would find any pair that is the heel height you plan to wear.. dont go nuts now

I'm sure you'll have another fitting after this one, so wear higher heels just in case! you don't want to have them alter the length and make it too short. That should buy you some time to find the right heels for the big day before your next fitting...just a thought

Re: Shoe HELP!!
If you cant find your perfect shoes bring shoes that are the same height as the shoes you want because they will be taking measurements for hemming.
I would go to Macys, Bloomies for shoes. They have a HUGE shoe section and I'm sure you can find something there.

I'm actually looking myself ,I just saw some really pretty ones on the DSW website . I'm probably going to one of their stores because I like to try them on first . Hope that helps;)!

I got mine at DSW.com! I found a pair of Martinez Valero shoes at the bridal salon where I got my dress that I really liked, and when I searched online, I found a great pair at DSW.com... I ended up finding a 2nd pair that I loved and went into the store to exchange them... super easy to work with!

Thanks! I actually went to DSW and Macy's yesterday. I think they have more online than they do in the actual store. I ended up leaving with nothing
