shoe inserts: need advice

so i got these shoes from DSW in the mail. and they are pretty

i bougth a size 8 (im a size 7.5), so i will have room to put an insert

i never bought a size 'up'...sooo...what kind of insert do i get?

i think if i wear these ALL DAY/NIGHT my toes might hurt if they are leaning forward

so what do i get? i am normally not an 'insert' girl. (that sounds just wrong )

The shoes i bought for TWOTY ended up being big on me- so I put Dr. sholls inserts in and it still didnt help- I was still walking out of them. Do inserts really help and if so I would like to know what kind also

what size did you get?

I like the Dr. Scholl's gel inserts........they usually work for me

Oh and one on the heel too.....it helps prevent blisters.

is this insert the size of the whole foot? or just like under the ball of the foot?

The whole foot. Your foot won't really go forward, it just lifts it up.
