So, I was shopping at DSW today and thought I found the perfect shoe for my dress! They're a light gold color (satin) that matches the sash on my dress. So, I bring them home and FH says that they're not 'dressy' enough to wear with my wedding dress (pics in album).
This is where you come in! Do you think these shoes are not nice enough to wear with a wedding dress? Please be honest, I can handle it! I'm not totally in love with the shoes at this point! Thanks Guys!!!

I think they're fine! Especially since they match your sash. Does FH know what your dress looks like? Maybe that's the problem. Anyhow, people are barely going to see your shoes anyway.

I saw those at DSW and I like them a lot, I think they're fine and they do great with your dress in terms of color AND style. Don't listen to FH on this one
Ehh I'm not loving them with your dress. I think they're too dark. But then again, personally I wouldn't wear anything other than an ivory or white shoe with a wedding gown - i'm just super traditional like that. Sooo i don't know if i'd take my opinion too seriously if i were you

they are nice! it's kind of hard to tell how they go, b/c the picture is kind of dark, but use your judgment. besides, people are barely even going to see your shoes! i probably shouldn't talk, b/c i ended up splurging on my shoes! but that was b/c i was set on having shoes that went w/ my wedding colors - either orange or blue, and i wound up getting these awesome shoes from jcrew. i spent wayyyy too much $$ on them though, so i wouldn't necessarily recommend that! :P
