Im wearing 3'heels that have an open back... I hope the picture will post. I am wearing thigh highs also. When I put them both together my feet slide around. Just at the heel. They havent fallen out but I dont want to be walking down the aisle and fall on my face What do I do to keep my feet in place?
Maybe just practice walking around until you get used to it? There's no real support except for the ankle straps.
BTW...those shoes are very pretty!

I wouldnt used double stick tape because it may cause your stockings to run... Sorry no advice on what to do.

Try Foot Petals or Heavenly Heels. There website is running a free promotion right now, Free foot petals for $4.95 shipping, and forward the offer to three friends and get the heavenly heels thrown in. Set is normally $14.95.
Maybe if you get that moleskin stuff ( in the drug store with the bunion cushions &stuff) and cut a small peice- It hink it coesm with a sticky backing, you could put it under your heel for a litle traction. I have one foot smaller thant the other, so I knwo all sorts of tricks for getting shose to stay on.
Ankel straps are a good start. I am impressed by anyone who can walk in mules!
